I would have given 5 stars but there were two instances I was t happy with. First the quote was done through photographs rather than in person. This lead to a very large misunderstanding as to what the job involved and it cost a lot more than initially quoted. I believe I tried to explain the job that I wanted clearly and I’m sure Marty though he understood what I wanted but this could have all been avoided with an in person quote. So I wasn’t happy about that. Secondly I told Forrest I had a doctors appointment at 230 on the last day and would have to leave. I gave him an hours notice of when I would leave but he hadn’t finished all the paperwork when it was time for me to leave. I asked him if I could sort it out when I got back but he said no but that my wife could pay for it. I wasn’t happy about this as my wife knew none of the details that Forest and I had discussed nor wanted to be involved in it. However I could delay my appointment so I reluctantly agreed. My wife was upset and didn’t know which account to pay from etc and was frantically calling me during my consultation stressing me out so much the doctor couldn’t believe my blood pressure was so high. Apparently a woman on the phone was really rude to my wife threatening liens if she didn’t work it out. I felt this was a completely unacceptable way to treat my wife. Forest had asked if he could start late on the last day in order to help a colleague and I was flexible but then I didn’t know he would finish right when I had to go out which I had told him about. Overall Forest was nice to me and my wife and that was my only complaint about him, which I think was pressure from head office to get paid before leaving the job site. However being rude to my wife.from the lady at the office was very stressful for me instead of waiting for the right time to talk to me or getting that all sorted before I left. So that reduced my review to 4 stars but Forest did do a good job on the actual handyman side of things and was pleasant to deal with as I mentioned before

Craig did an excellent job choosing the necessary part, installing it and when he finished earlier than expected, he deducted that time from the total. - CSChelsea ShafferJan 2, 20265.0Craig was the handy man who installed our front door, storm door, and worked on our leaky shower. He is amazing! He did it all in a day and hauled off all the trash for a very reasonable price!! The door looks amazing. I didn't even unpack the storm door. It was left on the pallet outside. He opened it and inspected it. He let me know if any imperfections before installing. I attached pictures of the new front door and storm door. He even helped diagnose a strange smell in the bathroom that's been bugging me for little bit. He found we just needed to take apart the sink and clean it! I highly recommend their services. I told Craig about additional work I needed done, and he passed the information along to the office. They contacted me with a quote right away, were extremely helpful, and got everything scheduled. I’ve already booked them for round two, which will be installing a new bathroom fan and properly venting it outside!
