We needed a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater and did some general checking around and found their price to be very reasonable. Based upon some strong recommendations by friends and liking the approach by Terry when he came to give us an estimate, we decided to go with Reibel. Their approach seems to be to not sell you more than you need, not trying to upsell us on anything, but getting us a good, reliable product at a good price. The installation went great, the crew of Terry, Brent and Jim were very efficient and knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. We also liked that they took the time to educate us as to how best run our furnace and air conditioner for efficiency and temperature control. And, the icing on the cake, they are a fun bunch of guys to work with! We give them 6 out of 5 stars!

Every other company just tried to upsell. My AC unit is old so I suspect I will need it replaced in the next few years and based off my initial experience I will 100% be reaching out to Reibel first for my next heating and cooling needs.
