  The technician was proficient and knowledgeable with his diagnosis of the problem. He was very considerate and professional. I sure wouldn't hesitate to call Hurlburt Heating and Plumbing again.

  Diego R did a check on the furnace installed to make sure everything was done properly. Diego did a nice job. He introduced himself and went to do the inspection which took a short amount of time. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. Hurlburt Heating & Plumbing does a thorough job. Call them if you need work done or installed.

  More from Hurlburt came out when our furnace went out of course on New Year's day. More was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was willing to educate and explain things. He got our furnace working again and looked around More and found our heat exchange is in it's last legs. Without Moe's skill we would have had frozen pipes eventually. More even cut one fee in half as it didn't take him long at all to do the work. Thanks Moe and Hurlburt!

  I used to sing this company’s praises a couple years ago. But I am left a frustrated customer at this point. Our heater wasn’t working properly, all I know as a homeowner is it wasn’t getting to/staying to temp of the thermostat, it’s 3 years old.. the first guy came out, switched a flame sensor and off we went to try that. The next day, it still was doing the same thing, so called the back out, and after tinkering with it for four hours (which I appreciate trying) I got a bill for $200 which I honestly wasn’t sure what the problem actually was, I don’t think he did either. I asked if we should be good to go, and I didn’t get a great vote of confidence as he left saying “yeah it wasn’t pulling quite the numbers I wanted to see, but it’s working. Cool. So tonight at midnight I woke up, with the cold weather it has gotten significantly worse & doesn’t seem to be keeping up, our thermostat is calling for heat, but the house isn’t heating. So I am left with two days of troubleshooting, a bill for $300 and a house that still isn’t warm.

  We were SO pleased to do business with Hulbert! Our furnace died just as the temperature started to drop. Who to call? Didn’t know much about furnace repair or replacement. Read the reviews on Hulburt and called them. From the phone appointment person, to Ali, who came out to see if our furnace could be resurrected. He was excellent and knowledgeable and very thorough. Then Ben, the guy who explained the options and types of furnaces. Also, excellent. Then, Jeff the installer came. On time, great communicator and again, very good. Diego R, finished up with the electrical. Fast, efficient and well done. From start to finish, they were, each one, professional, helpful and quick to respond. Very happy to leave a review. This company is fortunate to have such great workers. No doubt Hulburt will continue to provide reliable service for a long time to come. Thanks everyone, our house is warm again!
