- TAT AJul 30, 20251.0This company is garbage, they quoted me $5000 for shingles and sheeting,(single stall garage, my whole house just shingled was $3,600) they did patchwork on sheeting, rooflines are now sagging on all 4 corners, they left untreated lumber exposed to the elements, there is no attic venting, as they were supposed to put in a ridge vent and never did, they did not use common sense as to fascia boards and used like 1"x3" when the truss boards were at least 4" with the angle, and facia metal comes in 6". Then after doing 1/2 the work quoted tried to scam me out of another $600, With this company you DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Oh and to top all that off, they don't communicate when they will show up at your home, they just show up, on weekends, I'm guessing because they didn't want to pull proper permits? I was at a funeral out of town when they started calling me to let me know they were there, and ask questions, in a voicemail because I didn't answer. Probably should have all questions answered before you start a job right? Unprofessional, poor workmanship, I am not surprised Folie went out of business.
