I spoke with Mike who did a wonderful job in explaining my situation long after knowing his company was not an exact fit as we were dealing with mold issue and not basement leakage, etc. Now, he could of cut the conversation short and moved on. He did not. He spend a great amount of time and shared a valuable solution for our farm basement which worked awesome and saved us a great amount money. This is what great contractors and great people do and I can't recommend them high enough as they truly care about the client/customer. Great experience!

As a previous reviewer posted, if your basement has had previous work done by Tennyson, they'll give you the run around about repairing previous work if it fails. I used to recommended them to victims of the 2019 Missouri River flooding but have made sure to call all my contacts to tell them of my issues with the company. Document all contact you make repeatedly with a company such as this, get a lawyer, and reach out to the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and Minnesota Attorney General Office. Good luck everyone, I hope this helps someone.
