Recently had CenterPoint’s Home Service Plus out for an annual Fall Tune Up and they noticed low oxygen levels in our furnace. Fred G came out and diagnosed the issue as a mouse building a nest in our intake line. He explained the issue in understandable terms and was extremely personable. After some bad experiences either other HVAC companies, I’ve lost trust in the honesty and integrity of many service companies. Fred and 4Front are honest and have restored my faith that there are folks out there that truly care and aren’t just out the money.
