Had a minor issue and it got back to a manager and she resolved it right away and was amazing to deal with. She informed that customer service was a very big deal to them and I can respect that because most companies want to make a quick buck. They installed a new furnace and ac into my house in a matter of a couple hours. They definitely won my business as long as they’re around!

He told me that the moisture pipe (my words, not his) had rusted shut. Seems like a maintenance check should have found something like that. Not sure the scheduled maintenance checks are worth the money. Nothing against Chad, but maybe the checklist doesn't go far enough.
