- KGKris Gordon6 days ago1.0For now, I am letting the pictures speak for themselves. I spent over $60,000 on roofing and siding with them 2 years ago. I will add more context later. Update: TCR, I read your response and your accusations are absolutely false. The 1st crew that came out for repairs was not asked to leave. They repaired loose siding around 3 lights and told me to get in touch with Twin City Roofing about the sagging/bowing. I did ask that you not send him back out because I felt he was short with me. Ronald came out and advised that the reason that the siding looked that way was because it was a dark color. He was not taking any responsibility for the rippled siding. He was advised that I would follow up with him in an email, since it was clear we needed everything in writing, which I did. The 2nd crew that came out arrived after Business hours. They jumped on the roof, without a knock on the door. No call first, All I heard was thumping, they had let themselves into the backyard and saw a guy up by the bedroom windows, so of course, we were upset they didn’t come to the door or call first. So we aren’t allowed to say anything? They did not speak English nor did we speak Spanish so there most certainly was a language barrier. They apparently misinterpreted what was said. No one was Ever Threatened. Many of my texts with Ronald went unanswered or delayed. This has been going on since June. It is November. I last spoke to Ronald on 11/14/25 when he that they would be out Saturday (the next day) or would let me know Saturday whether they would come out that day or Monday or Tuesday, but no later than Tuesday, 11/18/25. What happened between Friday and Tuesday? Nothing! I sat around for three days expecting someone to show and no one did. No response to my Saturday or Tuesday text until after my initial review on 11/18, which was simply the first paragraph along with the pictures. Readers: Photos attached
