Every single one of them was professional, honest, kind, fast, and tidy. There were no questions left unasked after the initial walkthrough and we were left with a beautiful, brand-new second floor carpet - and we couldn't be happier with the entire process.

They redid our bathroom and kitchen and while the floors eventually got done, I wouldn't say the finish was "flawless"-- and they were way off schedule. I don't want to be too harsh about the actual people who were laying the floors, I know that is hard work. I think the real problem is that the project manager wasn't communicating well with the people doing the floors and it became our problem when the project dragged on for weeks past the promised finish date and over budget.
