Positives: Mike was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to us and didn’t try to upsell. There were no hidden fees. The hardwood floor crew was good. They were late but not by their fault. But a phone call would have been nice. A good and fast installation, and they cleaned up after themselves. They brought their own broom and dustpan.
Negatives: The carpet crew wasn’t impressive. It seemed like a rush job because during the final walkthrough, we spotted areas that needed to be trimmed. After the install, we actually had to trim some carpet off on our own because the carpet around the heating vents were poorly or lazily done. My biggest pet peeve was they didn’t clean up after themselves. Tons of carpet pieces, small and big, everywhere. Porch had carpet pieces too. I spent an hour vacuuming after the installation.
