Upon seeing this review, the company called me to offer a partial refund once they looked back at their video and I proved to them I was at their place of business and what the load looked like and was charged $155.** "As far from the truth as can be, we ARE the same decent people and our pricing has not changed." Those are the words of whoever is looking at the reviews here, yet, I have brought two loads there in the past 2 weeks and been charged $60 and $30 each. That's a great and fair price! Today, however, after pricing a cleanup job based on the prices I was given on the phone, have seen on the reviews, and experienced PERSONALLY as recent as LAST WEEK, I was SHOCKED to be told that it would be $200 to drop off the same amount of household junk as I did last week for $60. When the pricing was brought to question, the reason given was that their dumpsters were full, so they charge more?? Make sense of that?! Got them to budge a bit and they landed on $150 because they knew they had me in a hard spot, I had to offload the trailer and had no other choice but to get rid of the stuff at their site. It is incredibly bad business that I was charged $150 for the same size load that was $60 last week. It is impossible to bid a job with a price hike week to week by over 100%!!

Their staff is amazing and their layout makes are easy entry, clear directions to leave the items, and easy exit. Their prices are unbeatable from the bringing your own items to drop or using their rolloff dumpster. Will always be my first choice!
