  I worked for this company for a few years and they are not who they claim to be. This company is racist from the top all the way down. Anyone who lived through one of this companys projects know they treat it like a military occupation. They go into the black and brown neighborhoods to get work and claim that they are all about community, this is far from true. I've witnessed workers spitting chewing tobacco on people's carpets, draw swastikas were they have access and the resident can't see and I've heard racial slurs regularly. I've been told that I don't get paid to think and had an employee tell me I only have my job because I'm a minority. They even told a young apprentice female to quit or became a laborer because she would never make it as a carpenter. They preach following rules but break union rules daily. If you have any authority please don't give this company anymore money. I ended up quitting because of this. If you have any questions I can go into details. 0 stars. P.S. If they ask me to call in a written response you can assume guilt. Update. I got back to the owner this morning. As expected, he denied knowledge of any wrong doing and will continue to nurture this culture, there for I stand on every word I said. Moving into phase 2.

  Horrible job everthing looks like a cheap make over. Could not get counter top color right so I have miss matching counters after they claim to have finishe the project they still came back 4 or 5 times to fix different things and left unfinished trim in my kitchen around the counters. I assume they won't be coming back to acctually fix any of this. They left unpainted plaster looks super tacky. Bathroom fan has broken down dry wall around it, splinters from taking out the windows all over the floor along with glue on the cream carpet. Honetsly I can post pictures of all this stuff.
