I contacted them- MY name, MY phone number, MY email- but the salesperson had to call his boss to get permission to give me quote information about the shower since my husband wasn't home. He handed me his phone, and the boss basically confirmed that my husband wasn't home and asked me if I was comfortable receiving information about the shower (?). Very confusing since I was the one who requested for them to come out, and they never even talked to my husband before coming. For further clarification, I had already told them I was the homeowner. Although the salesperson seemed nice (the only reason why I'm giving any stars), the quote they gave us was outrageously inflated. They quoted us ~17K to redo our shower, and that's WITH US doing all of the labor to demo before they get there. So essentially 17K just to order and install a plastic shower. Crazy. I dug a little deeper, and it seems like this company is notorious for overpricing. Would not recommend to anyone except husbands (apparently) who want to pay an outrageous amount of money for a shower install.
