  It's one thing to drive aggressively, it's another thing to drive in a genuinely unsafe way WHILE in a company vehicle (an especially large one). I would not hire these guys simply for the fact I would not want them driving through my neighborhood. It's wild that people wouldnt have the forethought to drive even slightly reserved while in a company vehicle. In a market that's this competitive, don't go with these guys. Reward companies with staff that respect those around them.

  Alex b was my installer job mc99355mn Alex was awesome he explained everything and was very detailed oriented and great work all done in one day amazing very happy and would definitely recommend Alex and mad city to all my friends and family. So excited for this lifetime warranty. Thanks

  Excellent company! Salesperson Ethan was very thorough. He explained everything about the shower and lifetime warranty. Manuel, our installer, was outstanding! First off I’ve never seen such an organized worker. He came in with everything he would need to do the job. No running out to the truck to get this or that. The city inspector, fairly new, wanted something done differently. Manuel explained things and the inspector said that he was overthinking things and Manuel was correct in how things were to be done.That was the only thing that came up. So basically no problems with the project. He also made sure the placement of the grab bars and shelves were exactly where we wanted them to be. When his work was completed he asked us to go check things out. Before even seeing the shower, the first thing I saw was how absolutely clean the bathroom was. Spotless. I had been so worried about ending up with a big dusty mess. The shower is just beautiful! A big thanks to Manuel! One last thing, while the job was more expensive as compared to a Menards shower. But it was worth every penny. No comparison to showers you can get at Menards or Home Depot. I’m extremely happy with my purchase from Mad City! If you use them you will not be disappointed

  I would never use or recommend this company. Mike showed up and completely ignored what my parents clearly asked for, which was simply to measure and provide an estimate. Instead, he asked a long list of unnecessary questions, which wasted their time and made the visit uncomfortable. It felt intrusive and unprofessional, and showed a clear lack of respect for the customer’s boundaries. Because they haven't been able to follow simple instructions, we won't be moving forward with their services.
