We had 100-year-old hardwood floors that may never have been refinished except for one room that the previous owner attempted to refinish and damaged badly. We thought that room was beyond fixing properly. It was also uncertain whether the newer wood in one room that was much thinner (depth) could be successfully refinished. The workmanship throughout, including those two rooms, was impeccable. They repaired that damaged floor so perfectly that there was no trace of the previous condition. They took the time to find out what we wanted and delivered it beyond our expectations.
