  Recently had On Time Service Pros come out and do annual check up on our furnace, since they took over the original HVAC company who installed our unit. Not only do they like to wait way into the heating season to do this routine visit when this is suppose to be a Preventive Service done before heavy use of the heating unit, the servuce tech. claimed we have a crack in our heat exchanger, Red Taging our furnace. Then proceeded to tell me our unit is cheap junk and would not be beneficial to repair it, but happy to replace the furnace. Claiming our unit is China made...bla bla bla. I asked , "Are you telling me now that its Red Taged I can not use my furnace?" Tech says we'll have you been smelling carbon dioxide? Do you have carbon dioxide sensors? Obviously I cant smell that gas and yes we have the sensors. He says I can still use the furnace.... He continues to push a new furnace I ask to see this "crack" .... I get a blurry picture on a cell phone he has and the screen is cracked.... Of course I said show me on the actual heat exchanger.....he points at a screw from a distance....its a scratch from manufacturer when they built the furnace. After correcting and informing him that my furnace is Made in the USA...right in Wisconsin in fact...and that he was trying to sell me is owned by China with China parts and assembled in the USA doesn't count. I asked if he cleaned the furnace...he said yes I asked if he replaced the filter, he said no....but I paid for one. After he left I contacted 2 more HVAC contractors.....not affiliated with On Time Service Pros and all their high profile sister contractors. Both of the other 2 contractors I had come out and fully tested and check the furnace found absolutely nothing wrong with my furnace but could see Service Pro did not perform all that he was supose to have done. Nothing cleaned...even the sensors hadn't been touched or cleaned. BE VERY CAREFUL AND ALWAYS GET SECOND OPINIONS, ESPECIALLY WITH THIS COMPANY AND ALL OF THEIR SISTER COMPANIES!

  Bryan was great. We got home on New Year’s Day to find our furnace had broken down while we were away. Bryan was clearly experienced and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He showed me exactly what the problem was and explained how it would be fixed. No one likes coming home to a situation like that, but his confidence and expertise made the whole experience much easier.

  Furnace quit working in the middle of the night on new years day 1/1/25. I called and was told that someone would be able to come out that same day, it was in fact within three hours from my initial phone call. The technician Will that was sent out was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Did a great job and was very personable. Best experience I have had with any service. If it was possible I would give more than five stars.

  I will go straight to On Time from now on! Our 20 year old furnace had some issues and they sent out Mick to give us a quote for a new one the same day I called. Mick walked me through each option, no pressure, and gave me honest advice for the pros and cons of each. He also signed my husband and I up for the Heroes Club, since my husband is a veteran. The next day, I called and ask for a tech and they sent Riley who gave me a full picture of what we were looking at and the pros and cons of replacement vs. repair. We'll be getting a new furnace in a week and I feel great knowing I can call On Time for any other issues or questions I may have.

  Riley came in to look at my 65 yr old boiler. No pressure relief, expansion tank was full. He took pics of the inside of the boiler and recommended we replace it. Not what we wanted but it was needed. Seth and Rick came in and removed the old boiler and expansion tank and installed all new components. Seth ended up staying longer than normal as we were having troubles getting 1 room to bleed out. After several attempts, he did get it to purge. I ended up with 2 small seeps the next day. I called and made an appt. and Chris Anderson came and took a look. ! inion on the boiler and 1 union on the bedroom radiator needed to be replaced. A week later with the necessary parts in hand Chris and Brian Pasch showed up and in 3 hrs they had both unions replaced, system refilled, heated up and working great. No leaks and operating properly. From start to finish everyone that I talked to or worked with were very professional and very respectful. They took care not to track up the inside. Carpet covers and boot covers. Top notch installation. Would recommend this company to anyone.
