I noticed it was not as warm .. called and found out you should do regular cleaning and safety checks. The fireplace works great now, looks amazing!

- CAConnor AveryJan 5, 20261.0Technician came to look at gas fireplace, was unable to fix it, gave me very little explanation other than explaining gas valve was bad and that the model was discontinued. Gave me no solution to my problem or any advice as towards the next step to fix my fireplace (something I thought I was hiring him to do). The tech made sure to collect his payment of $137 for 45 min of time and left. Confused, I called the office to ask if this was standard protocol. I was informed that there should have been options given to me as to what steps could be taken from here and to be offered free consultation with a project manager. All things that were not done. I usually choose to fix most things myself but I have two small children and very little time on my hands so I chose to hire this job out. This experience with this company proved not only to be a waste of time but a waste of money. I am very dissatisfied.
