  Scott & his team are reliable, honest, & trustworthy. After experiencing rain water in my basement & having several companies come out to assess my home, Scott was the obvious contractor to hire. His pricing is extremely fair. He provided explanation of the work that he would be doing. He was calm, respectful, and stayed true to his word. He was extremely clean and left my basement in better condition than he found it. I trust him and his team entirely. I would recommend Scott to anyone in the Rochester area.

  After getting information and quotes from quite a few water control companies, we decided to go with Scott because of his honesty, transparency and wanting to address the problem at the source. All the others simply wanted to just address how to catch the water coming in for much higher costs, Scott was the only one who looked further than the basement, fixed the source of the problem, and talked us through our options from there. Pricing was amazing, the work was done very well with no mess left and was even done ahead of schedule. Scott works with his crew so you know the person giving you the estimate is also doing the work, there is no subcontracting here. He guarantees the end result and is the main point of contact if you do have questions. Very highly recommend Scott and his crew!!

  Could not recommend this company more! We started by getting bids from 2 larger companies in Rochester, but were unimpressed by the price and demeanor of the salesmen that came to our home. We ultimately wanted to find a small company with high quality service - SO glad we kept looking. Scott was not only the most affordable, but took the time to explain the process. The basement waterproofing they do is superior to the other companies in the area in the method that they use. The attention to detail, bringing in air scrubbers, closing off vents, and MINIMAL dust (which I didn't think was even possible) was above and beyond what I expected (and what other companies told me that they could do). It was important to me that there wasn't a mess left behind with dust and debris - Scott used a jackhammer with a vacuum. Other companies told me they would be using concrete saws and there would be no way to minimize dust. USE THIS COMPANY, you will be happy you did. Thank you Scott and crew for a job well done - we will be recommending you to everyone.

  For any water control needs I highly recommend Scott Benicke and Basement Water Control. I got estimates from multiple businesses. I found out that some have inflated pricing, mainly because they are multi state businesses with a sales team. The sales process, while was thorough was long and drawn out and I learned that the person talking to me is not doing the work. When you call Scott, you are getting a local small business owner who has decades of experience. He is so matter of fact, easy to talk to and we saved thousands of dollars not only from comparing apples to apples quotes but also saved us from doing unnecessary work. We are relieved to get our tile water system taken care of and will continue to refer others to you. Thank you Scott and crew!

  Scott was amazing! After getting a couple of quotes from other companies that I wasn't happy with, a colleague of mine recommended Scott! He did a wonderful job and with his busy schedule he was able to get me in within a few weeks! From the moment I contacted him until the end of the job, the communication was great and the clean up was great. 1000% recommend him!
