The service had nothing really done except re-adjusting the laser sensor mount which was slightly off. Then I was told to pay $150ish for the so-called trip charge. I didn't see any receipt on my email box instead I revealed a charge of $160 posted on my online credit card website! This is my first time using this service and I felt that this is not a honest business. So I will not use this service anymore and do not recommend it too. UPDATE: the service reached out to me by phone and explained that the charge is an one-time service charge instead. To me the name maybe different but the purpose serves the same. The service did refund the charge partially. All in all, this is the service's responsibility to disclose the fee structure at the time of service request. On the other hand, customers need to make sure understand all the possible service charges and ask all the necessary questions when making service request. For the good faith, I updated ranking from one to three stars.

Unfortunately now im just noticing the huge gap between the sides of the garage door and threshold causing cold air to get into my garage. I called to see if they warranty their work but not if its within a year. Wouldn't be an issue if it was done right in the first place. I also left a review a week ago saying the same thing and the owner deleted it. Stay away from this shady company!

I called and spoke with someone on the phone, who helped me trouble shoot. They had originally planned to send a technician out the following day, but when I expressed concern that we weren’t able to get out to pick up our kids, they immediately pivoted and got someone out right away. Mike was prompt, got to work right away, and had restored our garage door within an hour. We were fortunate that we received an excellent and timely service, and with a wonderful price point. We recommend Action Overhead Garage Door!
