The company I had used back then was overpriced and dishonest. Today I researched half a dozen services. They either had reviews that reminded me of my past experience or they weren't answering the phone. I checked with a trusted co-worker for a recommendation and called Action right away. Katie answered the phone and took my information and told me about a unit that could be installed within a day or two. Then she found a technician that had one on the truck that could come out the same day. I agreed and scheduled the appointment. The price seemed reasonable and everything seemed above board. Spoiler alert, it was. I got very busy with work and did not see the text from the technician Reed, and did not hear the doorbell when he arrived. He saw the garage was open and got to work. By the time I realized he was here, he was over half finished. I had opted for two additional openers and an outside opener on the garage. Reed went through everything with me and answered a few questions, I signed the paperwork and paid, and the price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. He even lubricated and adjusted the door so it is easier to open if the power fails. I am extremely happy with the service and the product installed, and the price I paid. The company and all its representatives were professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.
