The installer was excellent, professional, and did a beautiful job. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. After only 22 months, it started rippling/buckling/coming off the floor. Initially, Frank said he would work with us to make this "right." However, Frank has not returned my phone calls in months. I don't expect to hear from him. I guess this is how he treats customers. We wish we would have never done business with Frank and Above All. STAY AWAY!

I wasn’t expecting to find what I wanted so quickly, but with their wide selection and her guidance, we narrowed down options right away. We took a bunch of samples home, which really helped us feel confident in our choice. Sarah stayed in touch throughout the entire process so we always knew what to expect. Just a couple weeks later, our new floors were installed, and we are very happy with how it turned out. We also used their air duct cleaning service, which was great as well. Highly recommend. Thank you!
