I just had a heating issue and called them. They were very patient with me and took time while I checked out the programming of my thermostat. They suggested other things to check such as my circuit breaker and my furnace switch. They did not push me to schedule a service call. Turned out my furnace switch was not on. (Don’t know how that happened). They were happy for me that the problem was solved.
