Also areas where they rebuilt and sheet rocked nails are popping out, also corners on crown molding have quite a bit of filler. Quite a few more issues also. Our main issue was instead of fixing it they tried to say we owed them more money! We paid everything insurance portioned for them. Also quite a few paint dripping marks after the repainting. They were trying to strong arm us on this and take money for our personal property we were paid because they didn't want to fix there mess up. I'm hesitant to enter bad reviews because I'm the service work area but we have been ghosted for about 8 months now.

When will the restoration process start?
As soon as your insurance company gives you an estimate and issues payment as necessary, we will review their offer, meet with you, and provide building material samples so you can start making decisions. Once you select what materials you want, we create a detailed contract outlining the work to be done and decide on a date to begin repairs. After you’ve signed the contract, we get to work, restoring your home or business.

After a fire, we will remove your home or business contents and document and tag them for transport to our facility. We’ll clean and repair them in safe storage until restoration is complete.

After you submit a claim, your company will inform you if your policy covers the sustained damage. When you have a homeowners’ insurance policy in place, everything covered under that policy is assigned a value. Keep in mind you’ll also have to pay the deductible on your policy. The amount your insurer will cover will depend on how much evidence of damage you can present the adjuster with, so be sure to document with photos and don’t throw anything away. What does the water damage restoration process involve?
First, we’ll assess the property damage so we can get an estimate from your insurance company. Next, we’ll need to remove any standing water from your home or business and begin drying the affected areas or materials. Decontamination and deodorization are key to get rid of sewage smells, bacteria, or mildew. After we’ve dried and cleaned the area, we’ll replace drywall, insulation, flooring, carpeting, or any other materials that need to be restored.
