Told him I was paying out of pocket and he gave me 3 options for my roof and didn't try to pressure me into an upsale like most companies do. Explained each option so I knew what I was getting. From first call to new roof was fast about a week. Responded quick to every question I had. I would use Scott E and Estate Claims again for any future exterior or roofing needs.
