I had the same problem with my other door today and used them again because of my prior experience. I called at 9:00 am and they were out at 12:00, barely 20 minutes went by and Austin was done. I will never use another company again. It is rare these days to get service like the service that you will get from All American Door Company. These days you have to feel confident about who you choose to do service for you. Communication, honesty, workmanship, quality of parts are the reasons I will tell you to call them for the smallest to biggest job that you might have. They took the worry out of everything.

During the first visit the technician spent no more than 15 minutes at our house and misdiagnosed the problem with the garage door. It still didn't work consistently after he left, but we were charged a $50 visit fee and $100 to "fix" the remotes. When we called to complain they sent him back out (with the assurance that the $50 visit fee would be waived, but we would have to pay for any parts he would need to install), but he showed up an hour and a half outside the three-hour window we'd been told to expect him in- without any notice that he was running late or an apology when he finally arrived. He then recommended an entirely new garage door unit, which we didn't have time to have him install by that point, and then tried to charge an additional $50 for his visit. We wrote to the head of the company to complain and request $100 back, but we were denied.
