  I had my garage door opener replaced. Everything was explained well and I wasn’t oversold on the opener. Install took less than an hour and everything was cleaned up when the tech left. Very happy with this service and other services I have received through them. Thank you Austin and Nate for the great service.

  Repair was prompt, and efficient. Additional advise was given about the life of the door and other repairs to consider/not consider. One thing—it would have been good to be given the option for at least replacing the bottom rollers, during the torsion springs/collar bearing replacement, since, after the work was done, that was indicated as needing replacement (he said those are not easy to replace once the cable tensions are restored). Can’t say we would have done it or not, but it would be very difficult to do it now…

  Our garage door broke suddenly Saturday afternoon after arriving home. Both vehicles were in there and we could not lift the door manually. I called All American Doors and got in touch on the first try. Within 30 mins Dusty was at our home, although I’m sure that can’t always be the case! He was friendly, personable, and professional. He was able to not only explain everything well but was able to complete the repair on the spot within a short time. Something like one hour from arrival to departure with a completely working door. It was a professional, quality, and needed repair on a late Saturday afternoon. I will absolutely be calling them for future needs and recommend them to anyone who needs a garage door company.

  Prompt service with a qualified technician. Seemed to be a quick repair coming from a competent worker. Two negatives with the service: 1. I clearly requested a heads up about when the technician would arrive. When scheduling, I stated I would be off site and that I needed to know when a technician was headed my way. They assured me that I would be notified when the technician was leaving their last job. That didn't happen. Instead I was called only after the tech arrived. 2. The repair was very overpriced. A spring had to be replaced (on a relatively new system). The total time spent was about 15 minutes (plus travel and overhead...I understand that). The charge was close to $600! I am grateful for expertise that was able to do it quickly, but that is still very overpriced.

  At 12:40pm on a Saturday I came home, pulled into the garage, and then the spring broke on my garage door. I didn't have time to do a lot of looking around and price research, so Google led me to All American Door. I was told (at 12:40pm on Saturday) that they had one last spot open and somebody could be here to look at it between 3 and 6pm. By 1:40pm, I got a text from Dusty saying he was on his way, and before 3pm, Dusty had me not only a repaired and functioning garage door, but a door far quieter, too. It cost me just short of $700 and I'm honestly not sure if that's "high" per industry standards but it's not bad for such a short notice AND on a Saturday afternoon. Thanks Dusty!
