Tony was great to work with on the bid side (straight shooting, no upselling) and Matthew and Mac did a great install. They did extra custom sheet metal work to oblige my request for clearance to get back to our storage space. They are truly artists; I wish I had taken a picture to accompany the review. They also taught me how to get the best performance out of the heat pump during the install and didn't mind all the questions I had.
