  Hank was great with communication and following through on instructions. The new siding work looks great. Still to come is the electrical fixture replacement and installing gutters, but very happy with the siding results.

  I've had my old single pane windows replaced with energy efficient windows and had the front door replaced too. They are holding up well. No drafts at all. Kong was very helpful in explaining the pricing and benefits of these new products. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend.

  Max P came out to give me a quote on 3 doors and 3 windows. Not only was he personable, I was impressed with his professionalism. He arrived on time, gave me background on the company and brought a sample of their door and window construction. The first quote was a little high for my budget and I passed on the install. Without being high pressure but assuring me that they wanted my business Max met with me again. He listened to my concerns and understood the look I wanted to obtain. He offered suggestions on what I could change that would reduce the cost yet still obtain the look I wanted. We went over the financing, made a few adjustments on the order and happily came up with a plan, a look, and a quote I'm pleased with. Thank you Max for your hard work, understanding, and willingness to work with me. I'm anxious for the install to get underway!

  Ugh I would give zero stars if possible! This company is a train wreck. Do not by windows from them. Typically we are good about reading reviews before purchasing and I wish wish wish we had! The sales people are smooth talkers letting you know they are top knotch local company yadda yadda yadda. We fell for it. Purchased windows. First install all but one window were the wrong color and another window was missing shashes. We said we would switch color to keep the 3 that were wrong and only have to send 1 back to get painted because it was going to be faster. Then we waited and waited for the 1 window to come in. We would hear sorry it's not on our shipment truck this week. When it came in, it was the right color but a wrong window and still no shashes for the other window. How does that happen? So they sent it back and we waited and waited. Then the window came in right but the sashes for the other window were the wrong color. So those got sent back to be painted. Still don't have those yet. This place is a nightmare. Also when all these installs were going on, the guys dinged up my bedroom walls a full foot below the window trim. I had to repaint two bedroom walls. All of this has been going on while we are trying to sell our house. It's awful. Do not go with this company. They will blame it on their factory manufacturer. Sorry but it's time to get a new factory.
