Max came out and was very helpful and enthusiastic, giving us a reasonable quote. I especially appreciated his professionalism and he wasn't pushy or attempting to pressure me to buy things I didn't need. Overall, great Interaction!
- SSSue Sachetti3 days ago1.0Ordered two windows in May 2025. CRI tried installing 3 times with the wrong size window. The third try to install was Jan 2026! We are done and just want our $2740.00 deposit back!! The Sales Mgr Ryan refuses to work with us to get our refund. His suggestion is to drop the 2 wrong size windows off on our property and adjust the contract to remove the install. Then bill us for the balance due. WTH this is NOT a company I would ever consider doing business with ever again.

They finished in a few hours and it looks great. Ted Chapman from Custom Remodelers was very attentive to my questions and concerns regarding my purchase and installation. He went above and beyond.

My wife and I needed 4 windows replaced, they both took the time to sit with us and walk through how they could provide us with the best service and remodel possible. The quality and care that an established company brings cannot be beat by fly by night storm chasers. We are very happy and will definitely call back for any future projects.
