  My townhome HOA recently hired TruSeal America for a recent street repair project to fill cracks and the resulting work is completely unacceptable. Within 1-2 days after the contractor worked on our property, the filling materials began sinking into the largest cracks leaving huge ruts in the streets. Upon inspection of the entire property, the vast majority of the other crack repairs are similarly poor to terrible at best. Additionally, when driving my vehicle over the “repaired” crack directly in front of my residence, it feels like driving over a large rut instead of a smooth surface. This crack is now worse than before TruSeal worked on it. I would recommend avoiding TruSeal America if you are considering street repairs involving crack filling.

  Find a better company, they truly show they dont care by leaving their garbage all over after they finish. Absolutely ridiculous.

  I am a member of Applewood Pointe New Brighton a senior cooperative in New Brighton, MN. This past week( September 16-19, 2025) our front and back parking lots were milled, problem areas repaired and then new asphalt laid. The crew on sight was very friendly, most capable in their work, flexible to the needs of our senior community and a very strong work ethic. The job was completed according to the schedule provided and daily updates were provided to our lead building maintenance manager. The crew, everyday greeted our membership with respect, appreciative attitude and overall wonderful customer service. Though our senior membership was originally concerned about the timing and magnitude of the project TruSeal gets an A plus for their work. Thankful member of Applewood Pointe New Brighton!

  The TruSeal America completed our asphalt project and received high praise for their great work, friendly attitude and cleanliness at the property. Would highly recommend.

  My townhouse association hired truseal. I’m not surprised that an association hired the cheapest company that does poor work. The edges of my driveway are way more crooked than the picture shows. Out in front of my garage door the black top sloped towards my garage door. They came out to address the horrible job that was performed and they heated up the blacktop in front of my garage door and fixed the slope only halfway across the driveway . They did not even touch the crooked edges. The owner of truseal was on site and talked to me. He just talked in circles and wouldn’t own up to the poor quality. He could careless that his company name is represented so poorly by the job they did. He believes profit first and customer satisfaction last. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
