- MBMitchell BrovoldJul 15, 20251.0Absolute rip-off! I contacted them and explained a sediment issue. Bill knew exactly what we needed and said they would come out and install a sediment filter. Two employees showed up, one seven year employee and one in training, they installed a sediment filter and were one part short, (I am less than 5 minutes from their shop), took almost 30 minutes for someone to bring them a fitting. After all was said and done they charged me for a service call and labor for two men. When I asked about the service call charge they said it must have been for parts. Almost $400.00 for one hour! I would not recommend this company at all.

Our pump.was shot it was 20 years old and was used when we put in. 2 hrs later we had water and they checked everything out to make sure before they left. Fast friendly service I would recommend them hands down.
- TGTravis GoraczkowskiJul 24, 20245.0Had a great experience with them installing a new well out by Fairmont, MN at a business. They were willing to travel a long way and got it done. They even loaned us a water trailer with pump so we could flush toilets and wash hands while we had no well and allowed us to keep working. Even more impressively they were able to directional bore the water and electric lines into a deep 10’ basement/ bomb shelter. They were able to avoid several high power transmission lines in the process. Being able to go that deep certainly saved us a lot of headaches. Everything went smooth, it was the least stressful major project that I’ve had to deal with here because they knew what they were doing and did all the work. A few weeks after the completion they even called me to make sure we were satisfied and that there wasn’t any issues. There hasn’t been. The new well and pump are working flawlessly. I’m very thankful for this crew.

He was very transparent and gave us pros and cons and let us make the decisions. The project was done in a timely manner and the crew was hard working!
