Our insurance tried to give us 6k and would not assist in anything further. We were stuck trying to play the game against the insurance company to get our basement back, but we didn't know the rules. Bauer went to bat on our behalf. They played the game, their way, and got our basement fixed up better than it was before. They were fantastic to work with and made the entire process easy for us.
