Billy was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what happened to my old water heater and all that needed to be done to replace it with a new one. There were no surprise expenses. He was up front with what needed to be done to replace it. I was pleased with the price of the new install and found it to be fair. The new water heater is working great!!! Billy was very careful with hauling out the old heater and the same care was given when carrying in the new one. I highly recommend Champion Plumbing! Their staff is amazing!!
