While working, he was clean and orderly while taking care to respect our residence. After the old water heater was removed and the new on installed, he took care to show us all work was completed and we understood the heat settings and location of shut off valves. In general, Austin is a very nice polite young man. If I need any additional plumbing work in the future, I will definitely call Champion and ask for Austin
