Last winter, on the coldest night in January, our furnace went out. Linden came right away, stayed well out into the evening to fix it and even called back the following day to make sure we had heat and were ok! Then, in June we had a problem with the shower faucet. Mason came right away and ordered a new shower head and returned to install as soon as it arrived. GREAT customer service!
