  After several attempts, Jason came to my house with the charger and the issue has been resolved. I have been waiting for a charger for my blinds for over a year now. Jason tells me a different story everytime I reach out to check on it. He is either away on vacation and will check on it, or supply chain or whatever but i never hear back until I follow up with him again and he gives another false promise. He promises excellent customer service but that is not what you get once you have paid. I paid him a lot of money for blinds for my new home and the charger for two of the blinds were not given to me on the installaltion date and to date, I have been asking for over a year. he continues to use supply chain issues as an excuse.

  Sent 2 emails and left one message via their answering service. Nearly a week since my initial inquiry and no response. Guess I'll try a different location for information on the product I am interested in.

  Rick and Sue with Budget Blinds in Roseville are awesome to work with. I had trouble with a window treatment I bought 6 years ago, Rick came out to take a look, and found two other treatments that had problems. Rick told me I had a lifetime no questions warranty that I'd been unaware of, and he replaced all three treatments for instillation fee only. Amazing!

  I recently purchased shutters for my upstairs windows. I am a resident of Shoreview and did some research into companies and got multiple quotes before I decided to use Budget Blinds. The in-home consultation was comprehensive and no pressure. Design, type, color were seamlessly chosen and I appreciated the advice while still being heard regarding what my wife and I wanted for our home. It was also a good experience when discussing price. Often, I dislike the whole "car buying experience" and bargaining, but the price I reached was much better than the other companies I inquired about. On the day of installation, the windows looked great. There was one issue that required the windows to be adjusted and needed to delay installation by one week. This was very frustrating for me. However, what I was most impressed with was the speed, professionalism, and overall experience --- that despite this small delay, the owner personally took the time to reconcile this by FIRST offering his apology in the mistake, but then also striking an agreement that we both benefitted from by providing a discount for 2 more shutters that I purchased for other windows in the home. I think that this was a very fair agreement for the inconvenience. The professionalism that was exhibited was also top notch. Once the windows were installed and done, they were perfect. In the end, it was a great outcome for a small setback. I will be sure to use Budget Blinds of Roseville again in the future and I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation. My wife and I love the new shutters!
