I had a few quotes done, and I went with Mitch because I had a good gut feeling about him and could tell he was a good guy. Mitch and his crew did a great job getting the job done. Shoveling in the winter is a million times smoother. Communication could be improved for sure, but it will come with time as he grows his business.
