We had our floors done 2.75 years ago with Focalpoint, and although the build experience was outstanding, their products and customer service afterwards have been far from. We are in a community that has 50+ homes, all who have used their product, as this was the builders choice for flooring install. After reaching out to other homeowners in our community, many others have had the exact same issues that we have had. We have had nothing but issues with our carpet (horrible wear, bumping up of the carpet at all seams, etc.) from Focal Point since July of 2018. We reached out to them after having our carpet for only a few months and they did nothing to help us and refused to stand by their product. They gave us a list of reasons why we were at fault claiming that we abused it, didn’t vacuum enough, used the wrong vacuum, and didn’t have it professionally cleaned the day we moved in. Now, not even 3 years in, the carpet is coming up from the flooring (bumping up) everywhere. We will NOT be using their services again.

Wide selection of Carpet, wood flooring, Tiles, Cabinets, knobs and everything interior for homes. Genie was super helpful. And very good with her interior suggestions along with Michelle from Country Joe Homes in helping us select the best options for our new home.

We are so appreciative of the service we received at Focal Point Flooring. Marilyn T. was so very helpful while presenting choices for everything needed in our home remodel. She let us take the time needed to make all of our choices and had fantastic ideas that we know will look great when they are installed. We were so relieved to have her professional touch to make sure that everything will blend together nicely. We were in very good hands with Marilyn. We highly recommend her services and this store to anyone building or remodeling their home.

Dear Erinj@focalpointflooring, Thank you for going the extra mile for me on the order of my new carpet on 7-12-16. I was more than delighted to hear back from you no more than 1 minute after leaving you a detailed voicemail at noon today. You offered great advise on the color and grade of flooring to assure the best possible end result of my project, as well as a great price! I will continue to utilize your design/sales services for years to come. Thanks again, Anthony S.
