I called Mr. Spring at about 2:30 PM and Colton was here by 3:30 PM. He took only ~45 minutes to complete the job and was very professional. I was very impressed with the turn around time and work.

They were the only company that would give me a quote for a tune-up before coming out, which was all I needed. I stayed in the garage while he checked and lubed both doors. I am a 77 yr old widow. The tech explained what he was doing and why. Told me that my doors were in great shape & didn’t need anything else done. While not a big problem, one of the doors would “stick” when I lowered it, so I always had to hold the control button down until the door was completely down. He looked at it and told me it was just a twisted wire that just needed to be straightened out, not replaced or replaced (literally a 5 second fix) - at no charge. The prior year I had the maintenance done by another company that told me it would be $149 to repair it, or more if they had to replace the wiring. I found the technician highly qualified, respectful, efficient and honest. I will ALWAYS use them in the future.

I primarily use the garage door to transfer my wheelchair bound dad to his dialysis appointments in the mornings so it was a priority to get it fixed asap! I made a very easy appointment on their website the same night for 10am the next day. Colton came and gave me a few options on how to fix my problem. I upgraded to an updated and safer torsion spring system. Colton had all the materials in his truck and got my door working before noon! That's some pretty fast service! Colton was awesome, curtious and answered every question I had! I definitely recommend Mr. Spring for any of your garage fix needs!
