Austin is honestly an awesome person/worker . My mom has had to call wagners multiples times for work on her mobile home and the company is so great and kind and especially Austin he explained things so well to her she stated and he is so kind especially when having to go check on piping in a bathroom that hadn’t been touched in years and it was in really bad shape. He didn’t make her feel bad once and understood the situation and was so kind. Thank you wagners and especially Austin, I know for a fact she doesn’t like using anyone else.

I tried to love Wagner, but have had a number of bad experiences in regards to our Carrier furnace at home. Last year, they were out a number of times for furnace issues. They'd "fix" it, then it'd break a very short time later. One of the times they were called back out immediately was because they installed the wrong customer's/furnace's parts in our furnace and they did not work. Another time they were called back out was because they didn't clean the condensate trap as they had promised to do during their earlier visit, just days earlier. Towards the end of the year the furnace was returning codes in regards to the blower motor speed and the tech told us we should consider having our ducts cleaned.
This year, our furnace stopped working again. The furnace was returning codes #14, #41, and #44, all referring back to faulty blower motor speeds. Continuity checks among the various leads of the motor showed it to be faulty. I called Wagners on the weekend and asked that they come out for a service call, gave them the faults the furnace was returning, and said it appears the blower motor failed. They sent the same tech out as the year before. About 1-1/2 hours in, and one phone call to Carrier tech support, the tech came out and proclaimed the blower motor was bad. He said he'd go back to the office to try to find one (clear across town, mind you.... at this point I'm wondering why he didn't bring a fan assembly to the service call). The tech returned a short time later and, about another 1-1/2 hours and an additional call to Carrier tech support, he told us the fan assembly they had would not work on our furnace. They'd have to order one from Carrier directly.
It wasn't until the following Tuesday that we got a call with the cost of the blower assembly: $1240. That, plus labor, is a lot of money to spend on a 19 year-old furnace so we asked for a quote to replace the entire furnace. We didn't get the quote back until end of day Friday. This was during the coldest week of the year and we were juggling space heaters around the house to try to keep things warm and the pipes unfrozen. Wagner's lack of urgency regarding our situation was quite troubling.
Long story short, we ended up having the furnace replaced by one of Wagner's competitors. We called them on Tuesday and their service advisor came out first thing Wednesday morning. We had the quote in our email inbox before noon on Wednesday. Their quote was a bit higher than the one we received from Wagner's later that week, but we had much more confidence in their abilities. I stopped out at Wagner to pay my "diagnostic" bill, which was a whopping $518. We're incredibly happy to have gone with the other bid as the peace of mind is worth a lot, their installers were very knowledgeable, and all the work was completed within 3 days of me giving the authorization (they had to special-order the furnace as it was a 100,000BTU, not the typical 80,000 BTU unit).
Tom Wagner and the technicians sent to our home all seem to be very nice people. Tom adjusted last year's bill a bit when we brought the short-comings of the technician to his attention. The technician claimed to adjust our diagnostic bill a bit this go-around after realizing he should've known better regarding trying to put a universal fan motor in an ECM fan-based furnace. Wagner's was always quick to make it out to the initial service call - among the best among the HVAC companies in the area. But the fact remains the technician just didn't seem to "connect" with my furnace and I paid a LOT of money towards his on-the-job training. You may do better if you have one of their "house brands" (Goodman / Amana).

We first used Wagner Plumbing when I had an emergency back in 2008. A valve suddenly broke and I had to shut off the entire water supply. I called Tom Wagner and he had someone out to my house within an hour and replaced the valve for a reasonable fee.
When we added a master bedroom and bath in 2009 I had Wagner's do all the plumbing. Once again it was a professional job at a reasonable price. We have now just remolded another bathroom and used Wagner again and re very satisfied with the work. We highly recommend them.
