The door they installed scrapes along the new floor. Called them a month ago to fix it and have not heard back. No customer service.

She was very slow to respond, and the best part is their interior designer was not creative at all!! She quoted me such a high price for something my 3 year old could do. I went somewhere else and got better an experience and better designs.
