    Called and was greeted with a hello. No business name or anything. I had to ask if it was jims electric. Then I got connected with a lazy electrician who had zero interest in helping me out, even though he more than likely could have very easily. I wouldn't call this place if it was an emergency and they were the only electrician around. I'd rather be electrocuted.

    Called Jesse up for estimate. Was told to message him and he would try to work me in in a week. Messaged him over 2 weeks later and he is sorry he doesn't have time. After he stated he wouldn't dis me like the other company. My advise is don't waste your time as they won't waste theirs with new customers. Ones word means nothing, same as nothing will be done by Jim's for any future jobs of ours.

    I have talked to them a couple times. The last one was about an on demand water heater. They gave me great advice and told me straight up what their experience was with these not just come out and do what I ask and get paid. They gave me all the info, their opinion and suggestions and left it up to me to decide what I wanted. To me that is very important and I appreciate doing business with companies like that. I will definitely call them first for any electrical work I may need in the future.
