My garage door broke early morning and I called and talked with Casey of Bouma Bros and he said they were totally booked up, but we will definitely be there tomorrow. I’ll put word out to my drivers and still try to squeeze you in today. Boom! They arrived at my house early afternoon and Ken with a smile and without complaint fixed my garage door in a very short time! I highly recommend this top-of-the-line company for garage door repairs and for new garage doors! My garage door is very old and I will be ordering from them! Thank you Bouma Bros for taking care of me the very same day!

But the best experience was when someone backed into the garage door. They were out to assess the damage the next morning and were there right away the following morning to work on the door. We were certain the panel was not fixable, but not only did they fix it - it doesn't look damaged at all. They were on time, called ahead, and were available for questions. Really excellent service.
