We had to call them and ask if they were still coming and they each time there was some screw up on their end and we got pushed aside without notification. They are extremely unreliable and displayed little knowledge of HVAC when asked about blower issues. Don't waste your time or money.

GLS H&C is located less then a mile from where I live so I stopped in persoanlly requesting a quote for new Heat & A/C units and was told by the lady at the counter she would have someone call me. Over three weeks later, and no call, I called and agian requested a quote for new Heat & A/C and the lady who answered the phone said she would have someone call me. Over a week later, after no call, I called again and the lady told me John would call me. John called and a meeting date was set...then he cancelled it and another date was set for today, 9/1/16 at 9am. I called John on 9/1/16 at around 7:30am and got his VM and asked if he could come early. At 9:10am, and no John at the house, I called to see if he is coming and he says "Oh yea I had a 9am appointment with you." He did apologize. I told John I was no longer interested in doing business GLS Heating & Cooling.
