Briggs did the installation on our build and we talked with the owner on coming out to fix but he kept pushing it out and ultimately stopped replying back. I would never do business with this company again.

No one has ever called us back. This has been going on since before Thanksgiving. So much for supporting hometown business. We'll take our business and money elsewhere.

Spending that kind of money on a new furnace and air conditioner was much easier knowing that they have our backs!
