- BRBryan RossAug 20, 20255.0I was looking for a certain color brick unfortunately my local Brickworks dealer didnt have it on hand in Illinois.Since it was a special color they gave me their store in Michigan and said they show they have some.I called this dealer and spoke with Kelly she not only confirmed that it was in their computer, but told me I want to check myself personally and se in our yard to make shure we have it on hand before making a 5 hour trip. Unfortunally the computer was wrong they didn't have it she not only apologized but tried to find it at another location but came up with no luck. Thank you Kelly very much for taking the time to try to help not alot of people do this nowadays. Great Employee at this store that go above and beyond to try to help a customer.
