I found the quote to be reasonable and scheduled a 2 day install of a furnace, blower, humidifier, air cleaner, air conditioner, replacement copper line, line hides, thermostat and ductwork - to name most of the line items. I had open availability, and through their Madison Heights location, I was able to get my job done 10 days early. The Madison Heights crew accomplished the job within the timeline that was communicated to me and Brian went over the components and configuration of the system with me. I had a positive service experience and hope to continue having positive things to say about Family for years to come.
