He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional I was hearing loud popping and banging from the furnace when the heating system started up, which I presumed was the gas control valve. Brandon did some diagnostics and originally thought it might be the gas control valve, which would be an $800 repair. Brandon said "just let me try something." He cleaned some corrosion off the flame sensor that took a few minutes, which totally solved the problem, saving me the cost of replacing a perfectly good part. I will definitely be recommending Family Heating and Cooling to everyone for them living up to their slogan of treating customers like Family.

I received a telephone call and an email indicating he would be arriving within the window of time scheduled. Vince was great! Very friendly and professional, answered all our questions. He was also able to fix our humidifier, which was constantly running. And he also helped problem solve a hum on our second furnace. Great job!
