  I contacted them by text on a Friday night and immediately received a reply. It was not an emergency so they called me first thing Monday morning and set up an appointment for that day. Showed up on time and took care of the issue quickly. Very knowledgeable and explained things well. Made sure we had no more questions before leaving. Highly recommend. Very reasonable prices.

  I used the online service to book a same day call. The rep reached out to me immediately. Great business processes, I received texts and emails through the entire process. They even provide a pic of who to expect to come to your home! The technician, Scott, was great! This the second time I’ve used this company’s service and I definitely recommend them. I purchased my central air unit and installation from them 2023. We had one small issue and Scott came out and fixed it right away no complaints since. Then today he came and gave a thorough diagnostic check on my furnace. They have earned their 5 stars. 🙂

  I found Sharon's Heating and AC through DTE, where they had serviced, by far, the highest number of customers. Getting an appt. was very easy, and they sent an experienced technician. He thoroughly examined my furnace, listened to what I thought wasn't working well, performed a system diagnosis and determined what needed to be done. He fixed the furnace, it runs great! He also explained what changes he was making, and sent that information to me via email. Everyone was kind and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use them again!

  I needed an emergency furnace repair on New Year’s Eve, and Sharon’s Heating and Air Conditioning came through for me. I really appreciated how quickly they responded and got the service scheduled. I received a text with a picture of Isaac Hicks before his arrival, which was a nice touch for peace of mind. He arrived on time, listened carefully to my concerns, promptly identified the issue, explained the price upfront, and got right to work. The repair was done efficiently, and he cleaned up everything afterward. I’m also planning to have Sharon’s Heating and Air Conditioning update my humidifier soon. Highly recommend their reliable and professional service!

  I had a furnace that kept shutting off and had asked for a tech to fix it because it was just installed by Sharon’s over the summer. The tech they sent was extremely disrespectful. He kept complaining about my Ecobee thermostat calling it garbage because he had to wait awhile for it to reset. My “garbage” thermostat was an inconvenience to him as opposed to me dealing with a furnace that kept shutting off randomly in the middle of winter. When he was looking for the manual for the furnace I told him I brought it upstairs to figure out what the diagnostic blinking leds meant. He told me “there’s nothing YOU can do about it dude”. He repeated it twice when I tried to explain, like I’m an idiot. Prior to his visit I was told that if the issue was caused by me it wouldn’t be covered by warranty so of course I will look in the manual and see what can cause the issue first. When I tried asking him what was wrong with the furnace he said everything will be ok he has been doing this a long time. I tried asking it in a different way and still no explanation. Anyways I was just glad he left and at least my furnace is staying on now. I had a boiler in another home I had to get repaired and called AJ Danboise instead and wow the experience was night and day in terms of respect, transparency, and explanation I was given by their tech. Update: The owner actually reached out to me quickly and listened to my experience . He took ownership of what happened and did not make excuses for the techs behavior. He even gave me the explanation of the issue that was never given by the tech. I could tell he was sincere and the treatment I received from the tech is not to their standards. In the end I felt it was resolved professionally.
