Kimberly removed our aging wooden fence and installed a new vinyl fence, which looks beautiful. We also want to give a special 5-star shout-out to the installation crew, Joe, Jeff, and Kevin. They were amazing and demonstrated high-quality workmanship, patiently answered all of our questions while they were at our home, and cleaned up the work area perfectly. We highly recommend Kimberly Fence for all your fence needs!

At that time I was informed that they would probably be coming out in October to do the job. Paid the down payment in August. At the end of September I called just to double check on the day of installation, the person that answered the call, called me a lier and was very unprofessional and yelling at me that no one told me that they would be out in October, I was scheduled for December. It took over a month to get my money back once I cancelled the job. I found another company that came out in 10 days. Very poor customer service Read their response to my one star . That is the reason for my one star. Again accusing me of not being professional. I cancelled , not them. And it took one month for my money to be returned and kept 10%. Please be aware.

They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, including leaving the areas spotless when the job was done. What impressed us the most during the installation was their communication and care. Ken, Duke, and Sean treated our property as if it were their own, and even handled a few unexpected challenges with a “no problem” attitude and solution. It’s rare these days to find contractors who take such pride in their work, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Kimberly Fence & Supply, Inc. to anyone looking for honest, hardworking, and skilled professionals. They truly set the standard for excellence! We will request Ken, Duke, and Sean on phase 2 of our home project. Thank You sooooo much!
