2nd generation Flame customer here. Kevin Williams was thorough and a pleasure. Even though it’s part of the job, he consulted with his supervisor and made sure I had the right igniter. Universal doesn’t always mean that and he made sure I got the proper updated OEM part. Best to him and Flame for making sure I have heat this winter season.

Our furnace was not igniting and the fan was not working. Brandon was our serviceman who arrived on time and quickly figured out our issues. He replaced an underperforming condenser and a cracked ignition. He did a thorough check of our 35+ year old furnace for any safety issues and left us with a warm house. Defiantly would recommend Brandon for any service work.

Tech told me I needed repairs totaling around $2500 for my boiler. Recommended replacement and a salesman came to give me the $12k bad news that they would finance. I had a bad feeling about both of them. Thank goodness I got a 2nd opinion and that certified company with honest employees have me up and running for $370. Do not trust this company.

After failing to get the boiler repaired, from different company, that said we needed a rare piece and it would be at least a week, it was recommended that we call Flame. Tara came out that evening and we had heat within 3 hours. She is knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. We won't use anyone else from now on. And we felt the price was very reasonable.

Kyle was knowledgeable and professional. He was thorough and assured me that there was not any cracks in my heat exchanger which a previous HVAC professional stated that there was one. Kyle did a diagnostic test and also reassured me that my system was safe. I hate to think about the cost of a new system which I was not prepared to purchase. I was able to use a coupon to help cover some of the service cost.This was my first time using Flame and I would recommend this company.
