I have an old furnace that is in need of repair almost every two years I use flying because they’re good and responsible and they do the job use Flame in the 70s and 80s just to do general when I lived in a regular home to do general maintenance no problem From plumbing to furnace no problem. At this time I used them for a furnace it was off and it’s cold. They came in. There was pleasant. They gave information that I needed as far as a service plan which I think will be very helpful to those who need it instead of paying an extra cost Plus service fees to two different people you know who you’re dealing with Flame is good. They send a technician to see if I could qualify for a furnace.(Which seems to Have excellent plans for those who qualify one year seeing as cash or 18 months Saint cat with no interest or low interest I know it was a pleasant experience. I’m glad my heat is on and I would recommend Anytime

Josh was prompt and polite. He fixed our issue quickly. Turns out a spider set up shop in our gas valve. We were so worried it was going to be a giant, pricey fix so it was lovely to have a technician quickly find the easy fix. There was also zero pressure to get a whole new system even though our furnace is older. I would highly recommend them especially to others living in manufactured homes which pose a challenge when it comes to maintenance.

The two technicians (Paris and Ricardo) are great! They look up the notes from the last technician's visit. I also called Flame at 5:35 PM today, and spoke with Sheila. I told her I couldn't find my invoice, and within about three minutes later it was in my email inbox!! Now, that's what I call service!!
