  We had a holiday accident with our perimeter property fencing. Eastside came immediately to our aid and we tlarw indebted. We have a secured property and the exposure was threatening most especially during the Christmas holiday. Eastside repaired the fence on 12/26 and placed the permanent replacement fencing on 12/29. Exceptional service and the weather was not cooperative. The installation team was remarkable. Working in rain and then extremely windy conditions. Unbelievable level of service, acumen and customer care. They’re our new fencing vendor!

  ZERO STARS!!! This company is a complete scam—avoid them like the plague if they’re even still in business. I initially chose them because they were $5K cheaper than the other estimates I got. Huge mistake. That should've been the first warning sign. From the start, it was nothing but scheduling nightmare after scheduling nightmare. I expressed my frustration, and their response was, “We’ll give you your deposit back, minus the cost of the permit we have pulled.” Fine, I agreed, but guess what? I NEVER GOT MY DEPOSIT BACK. After countless phone calls and emails demanding my money, they finally sent me a check… six weeks later. But here’s the kicker: the check bounced. Thankfully, I had already filed a claim with my bank for services not rendered, so I got my money back anyways. What a joke. And don’t even get me started on the permit they supposedly pulled. They lied through their teeth about that too. The guy doing the estimate was professional, but clearly, his boss (owner) and office lady are a bunch of amateurs who are actively running this company into the ground. Do yourself a favor—STEER CLEAR of this circus of a company.

  I was Very impressed with how smooth the whole process was from estimate to finish. I cant say enough that I'm glad I chose this company. I love my new fence! They were very professional during installation and answered all my questions. ( I did not have to babysit them, but I enjoy watching, also I'm very critical.) I was kept up to date via phone and e-mail, and they came when scheduled. Completed the job in only two days and they made sure my yard was clean afterwards I couldn't ask for more ! So, thank you very much Eastside Fence !
