  ZERO STARS!!! This company is a complete scam—avoid them like the plague if they’re even still in business. I initially chose them because they were $5K cheaper than the other estimates I got. Huge mistake. That should've been the first warning sign. From the start, it was nothing but scheduling nightmare after scheduling nightmare. I expressed my frustration, and their response was, “We’ll give you your deposit back, minus the cost of the permit we have pulled.” Fine, I agreed, but guess what? I NEVER GOT MY DEPOSIT BACK. After countless phone calls and emails demanding my money, they finally sent me a check… six weeks later. But here’s the kicker: the check bounced. Thankfully, I had already filed a claim with my bank for services not rendered, so I got my money back anyways. What a joke. And don’t even get me started on the permit they supposedly pulled. They lied through their teeth about that too. The guy doing the estimate was professional, but clearly, his boss (owner) and office lady are a bunch of amateurs who are actively running this company into the ground. Do yourself a favor—STEER CLEAR of this circus of a company.

  Took my deposit and hasn't communicated about when they're coming to do my fence. I keep having to call and they tell me they'll take care of it the next day. It's a half day job, so this guy is obviously putting me on the back burner until it's convenient. I've got neighbors waiting on me to wrap this up, and I've got other work that I've had to postpone. He also lied to me on the second make up day by telling me an inspector needed to come out. I'm a contractor and I know my local inspector personally... He confirmed that the story was BS and he hasn't been contacted. Avoid these clowns.

  This company is a joke. I have seven wood posts that need to be re-set. Called the company a few weeks ago to get an estimate. I received a call from Jason and told him what I needed done. He said they only do this kind of work on the weekends, and it's cash only. I said, no problem, I was happy with the quote. Long story short, last two weekends I get a call and/or text saying they will be out between ten and 12. Two rolls around and they are a no show. Texting hey are you guys coming. Get a text back saying they are busy and can't make it today. Will put me on the books for next Saturday (which was yesterday) Get a call Friday, hey, we will be out by ten. Okay, great, see you then. Guess what, 11:00 and nobody shows, no calls, nothing. Finally get a hold of Jason and he said Brian, the owner, has the tool van and isn't returning his calls, so they won't be out today. But he will be out Sunday (today). I just said forget it, just a waste of my last two weekends. Found someone else. Save your time and money and don't bother calling this company.

  I had called 3 other fence companies and I went with East Side Fence for many reason. From the first phone call I got wonderful customer service from Brittany who got me an appointment to view the job very quickly. Then Jack came out and was helping me get the best solution for the problems we had with our old fence and we got a good plan going. From there I got the estimate and it was affordable so I put my deposit down and was ready to do. 2 weeks later a crew showed up and the guys got to work!! They tore my old fence down so fast and prepared the new one first day. The guys who came out where beyond polite and respectful to me and were very caring of my property. 4 days total and I now have an amazing beautiful looking new fence with steel posts NOT wood which lasts a lot longer. I am overly happy with everything I experienced from the very first phone call to the end results. I would tell anyone who needs a fence to go with EastSide fence for their fencing needs. Thank you All for your hard work and amazing job you guys did overall. 10/10 !!
