After getting several quotes, I chose Roof-Rite because my neighbor had recently had them replace their roof, and they were very pleased with the work as well as the Project Manager, Tom Trombley, plus Roof-Rite’s quote was the most cost effective. When I met with Tom, he answered all of my questions and addressed every concern. I had recently noticed mouse activity inside the house. Prior to the roof installation, I contacted Tom to find out what they could do to ensure potential entry points were sealed during the installation. He came out to the house to inspect those areas, brought a caulk color wheel to choose a caulk color they would use to seal holes and discussed other ways they would do what they could, such as a ridge vent cover that addressed rodent entry. I was very impressed with Tom’s thorough and responsive customer service. The installation went very smoothly. The crew did a great job cleaning up. A few days later their gutter installer came by to install my new leaf guard gutters. It was great to have that handled as well. And I just got my GAF warranty in the mail. I’m very happy with my new roof! I highly recommend Roof-Rite and Project Manager Tom Trombley.
