We had a small project of removing a couple of walls in our kitchen and no contractor wanted to do the work because it was too small a project, or wanted to charge an exorbitant amount for it. The team at F&S were not only professional, but reasonably priced. Mike, Mike, Mat as well as the rest of contractors were timely, professional, cleaned up, and overall, did an excellent job. They stand by their work, and their word. We will be using them again for future projects.

Mike Immo showed up without so much as a business card. The so-called “estimate” was a vague, sloppy text with no real detail, no breakdown of costs, no company address, no phone number, and no explanation of deposit terms. When I asked for basic information — like a real estimate and company credentials — I was told that would only be available “once I signed a contract.” No professional company operates like this. If you can’t provide transparency or professionalism before a job starts, I can’t imagine the headache of trusting you with a major project. Complete waste of time. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
- KSKimberley SimsAug 14, 20231.0Father and Son has TOTALLY ABANDONED this job and parts of the remodel didn’t pass City Inspection. I entered into a contract with Father and son December 2020 for a simple 9’ x 17’ kitchen addition… May of 2021, they spent 1 week digging & pouring the foundation and 2 months later they spent 9-14 days Framing. August 2023, still waiting for them to complete the job. I waited almost a year for 1 door & 4 casement windows to come in, When they finally came back APRIL 2022, only 1 window had a crank handle and none of the windows had screens… the 1 window with a crank doesn’t work and the window looks bowed… I ordered a brown left handed door and received a white right handed door. The siding that they put up to cover the facial board is very dimpled… the white door has loose rubber coming from the bottom and they positioned the door so that I can’t get a screen door added which means I can’t open the door or the windows for fresh air… I’m in the process of suing them. They drywalled over an outlet, the gutter that they put on the addition vibrates so loud when the wind blows… the gas line to my stove is set out too far and stands to high so my range can’t be pushed back to the wall.. PLEASE run from this company, there is a reason why this company habitually gets low ratings… this is NOT the same Father and Son Construction Co. that my parents used years ago.. Spend your money elsewhere! They are not a company, they are a money grab!!!!
