He made sure to explain the problem that was happening and his plan to fix it. He also made sure to stay within our budget and help us out any way he could. They scheduled an appointment and came back out immediately and took care of it, Paul called my husband and asked is everything good, Yes it is & Thank you.. About a week had gone by and we seen water cracks in the center of the basement, we took a picture sent it to Paul he asked us to call the office and have them come back out and add an additional drain across the basement No additional charge. We can’t say enough good things
