Had a slight snafu with the wrong color shingles ordered but they remedied it the very same day. Installers were very friendly and did a great job. Cleanup afterward could have been a bit better as I found a couple nails in my driveway that I thankfully found before I drove over them, and several pieces of plastic in my yard (it was a windy day, so it was bound to happen!) The office staff was very friendly and prompt in answering any questions or concerns I had. All in all, would recommend.

The 10ft Piece was perfectly in tact just needed re-hung, small job but 18ft up. I called maybe 10 different local contractors only 1 replied back and after I sent them a couple pictures they never re-returned a call. So I expanded my search came across Northshore exteriors, Amy picked up the phone and was a joy to speak with. Explained my situation and she followed with a sure we can do it how bout Tuesday from 12-3pm", Wow who does that now adays. She emailed me a confirmation and I forward a few pictures for the installer. On Tuesday Brad the installer called me twice beforehand to let me know his timing of arrival. Brad showed up on time was super friendly and gave a solid handshake. He evaluated the situation and went right to work. In a short period of time he had the piece snapped into place better than originally installed. If you are looking for a contractor who says what they do and does what they say Northshore is you company. Thank you Amy and Brad for an outstanding experience.

Chris was the onsite Forman who made sure the crew received their breaks, he stayed on the scene, answered all my questions, crew seem efficient and appeared to work well all together. From the very start, communication was clear and friendly, and Thomas, the foreman, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He kept us updated throughout the project and made sure everything was done perfectly. The crew worked hard, did beautiful work, and left our property spotless when they finished. Then we invited Northshore for one last "just in case". Keelin was genuine, no sales pitch - just the facts and the quote, then he was so responsive to our millions of questions after hours. We really appreciated the time he took to walk us through an additional roofing project we were doing our our own. Even offering his personal time and materials. When the crew came, Thomas was the supervisor and they completed the job in a day with exceptional quality. Thomas even took the time to give my husband a full lesson on how to do our side project. He walked us through every step and then gave us left over materials from our house/shed roofing project so that we could complete our personal project. And then we appreciated that Northshore sent one final person for a quality check. Customer service was the best, and I have no doubt that if any issues ever come up in the future, they would be here. Thank you Keelin and Thomas!
